Join In
You can join in with C4C in a number of ways.
Due to Covid-19 this year’s rides are going to be a little subdued, however, C4C are determined to raise as much money as possible for these worthy causes.
You can help by sponsoring and supporting as much or as little as you can. Whether it’s taking part in the full ride or part of it or just turning up to show your support!
The main ride for this year – La Seyne-sur-Mer to Antibes, via Ventoux and La Bonette. 520Km of riding with over 8,000m of climbing. 7th – 11th October with the big hills on the 8th and 10th
You have the option to ride the whole route which will be five days, or just join us for a leg or two.

The rides are self-funded by the riders themselves with any sponsorship money going direct to the cogs4cancer charity, so details of the rider contributions are as follows: €1500 for 5 days or €300 per day if only doing 1 (or multiple days)
This includes:
- Kit
- Hotel
- Food
- Support vans
Sign up must be before Sept 20th. Riders must raise a minimum of €1,000 if taking part in more than 1 day
Shirt sponsors are €5,000
Stage sponsors are € 3,500
Wall, Website and Media sponsors are € 2,000
